This is a very clean hotel, surrounded by a pharmacy and a Dia supermarket, and not far from the subway station. The room is quite large for its price, and the decoration is also quite unique.

Das Hotel liegt in einer, wie wir fanden, touristisch ruhigen Gegend, aber trotzdem zentral, gleich neben einem kleinen Park mit Spielplatz. Zur U-Bahn Station San Bernardo sind es nur 2 Min., zur Station Bilbao etwa 5 Min. mit vielen Restaurants. Das Gepäck konnten wir im Hotel deponieren bis das Zimmer bereit war und ebenso auch am Abreisetag. Die Lobby sieht sehr hübsch aus mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, bieten aber genügend Platz. Das Doppelbett war bequem, ebenso die Kissen und alles sehr sauber. Im Badzimmer gibt es Duschmittel, Shampoo und Bodylotion sowie weitere Toilettenartikel. Es ist etwas ringhörig, vorallem die Dusche des angrenzenden Zimmers konnten wir hören, als würde man bei uns im Zimmer duschen. Da diese aber zur normalen Tageszeit benutzt wurde, hat es uns nicht gestört. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Потрясающий классический европейский отель, великолепный интерьер лобби, который не хочется покидать. Очень доброжелательный персонал на стойке. Очень благодарны вам за раннее заселение, за теплый прием. Удобное расположение, рядом со станцией метро. Завтрак выше всех похвал!

Miserable, the wall was so thin that I could join the conversations of my neighbor should I have wished to do so. Would not recommend to anyone. Very uncomfortable. View was out into a emergency fire escape stairs that basically offered no natural light. Quite awful, would never return.

Very pleasant hotel, albeit not in the very center of Madrid. Very clean and well-maintained. Our room was all right, but located in the basement, which made it feel somewhat dingy. Upon arrival we wanted to get something to eat at the bar while waiting for the room to be cleaned. However, the wait was inacceptable. Breakfast is more like 3*. Probably too expensive for what it offers, but unforfunately Madrid hotels are quite expensive.

Ótima escolha de Hotel, bem localizado, lugar sossegado e calmo, hotel limpo e muito muito agradável. Acomodações limpas e cheirosas 😊 Pequeno almoço não pedi, não posso opinar. Ginásio muito completo embora um pouco pequeno mas deu para o treininho diário, até porque a 1 escolha foi pelo ginásio, mas sem dúvida vale a pena todo o hotel. Atendimento muito simpático também 😊 voltarei certamente.

酒店總體不錯，位置，服務都不錯，比較專業，房間稍小和舊一點，但可以接受範圍，唯一不習慣的是入住除了需要證件還要填寫居住地地址，這讓人非常不習慣，在其他國家,甚至巴塞隆拿也不需要地址，到了馬德里怎麼就這樣呢？奇葩了非常不舒服
